AC FIGHT GEAR BOXING EQUIPMENT FAQ

Which boxing gloves should I choose for sparring?

For most people, 16oz is the safest default for sparring because it offers more padding. Always follow your coach/gym rules and match glove size to your weight and experience.

What glove weight is best for bag work?

Many boxers use 10–14oz for bag work depending on bodyweight and comfort. If you want more hand protection, go heavier.

Are your gloves suitable for beginners?

Yes—if you’re starting out, choose a comfortable all-round glove and pair it with hand wraps for wrist and knuckle support.

Do I need hand wraps with boxing gloves?

Yes. Wraps help support your wrists and protect your knuckles. They also reduce sweat build-up inside gloves.

What is your returns policy?

We offer easy returns within a set window as long as items are unused and in original condition—see our Returns page for full details.
